In line with our quality policy focused on continuous improvement, we use Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (ERP) software to manage purchasing, planning, production, sales, and storage processes, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) software to oversee customer relations. These systems are further enhanced with ICRON software, which contributes significantly to effective planning and cost management. The integrated programs we use ensure fast, accurate, and seamless control and recording for total quality management. Additionally, customer complaints are managed through action management using QDMS (Quality Document Management System), ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Our laboratories, equipped with state-of-the-art testing equipment, perform comprehensive tests during and after production. These include corrosive gas measurement, smoke density, fire resistance, UV resistance, oxygen index, oil resistance, scanning factor, toxic index, cold/hot resistance, CPR fire tests, and various physical and electrical tests. With these capabilities, we ensure the reliability and high quality of our products.
In line with our commitment to unconditional customer satisfaction, we guarantee a response to customer complaints within 72 hours. Additionally, our products are covered by liability insurance up to €10,000,000 worldwide against manufacturing defects. We conduct all these activities in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 27001:2013, and ISO 50001:2018 quality management standards.
