1993
We started our operations in a 80 m² workshop in Küçükçekmece.
1994
We registered our first trademark for the 2MKAB brand.
1995
Shortly after our establishment, we made our first export to Germany.
1998
We began producing cables for Audio and Visual Systems under the LOOKAB brand.
2001
We became the first company in Turkey to produce physically foamed coaxial cables.
2002
We moved to our second production facility, a 6,500 m² plant in Esenyurt.
2003
We started our sales and marketing activities in our new office at Perpa.
2006
We started producing fire-resistant cables under the FireKab brand, which we had trademarked.
2011
We received the IMMIB Export Honor Award.
2012
We increased our production capacity by moving our factory to Silivri.
2013
We obtained the RINA certification, which is crucial for the marine industry.
2014
We strengthened our position in the marine sector by obtaining the ABS, DNV, and TL certifications.
2017
We became the first low-voltage cable manufacturer in Turkey with a Ministry-approved R&D Center under local capital.
2019
We were awarded the "Best Managed Company" award in the Best Managed Companies program organized by Deloitte.
2019
We moved to our new factory in Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone, covering 23,000 m².
2019
We became the first cable supplier from Turkey to the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN).
2022
We obtained the I-REC Renewable Energy Certificate, ensuring that the electricity used in our production comes from renewable energy sources.
2022
We became the first low-voltage cable manufacturer under local capital to obtain the Authorized Economic Operator Certificate.
2023
We became the first low-voltage cable manufacturer accepted into the Turquality Program, marking a significant milestone in our sector.
2023
We celebrated our 30th anniversary.
2024
We became Turkey’s first certified DC cable manufacturer.
